We are hoping that with growth, we will be able to not only accept returns but also to work along side christian charities to supply your unwanted returns to those that need it if we can not restock them. We are a completely mobile outfit at the minute and pray that in the future, we will be able to stock items and offer more support. We will do our best to help you with your orders but right now we simply can’nt offer refunds unless there is a manufacturer issue. At Pray and Wait, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our items are printed, produced, and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Each product is created individually when you place your order. As a result, we cannot restock or resell items, and therefore all sales are final.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error (e.g., wrong size, misprint, or incorrect design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@prayandwait.co.uk.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the packaging
Once verified, we’ll be happy to replace the item at no additional cost or issue a store credit.
